1 C. margarine- I use Imperial to bake with
1 1/2 C. sugar
2 eggs
sift together
2 3/4 C. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt
mix and chill
Roll in cinnamon sugar and flatten a little- with the bottom of a glass.
Bake at 400〫10 minutes for flat, soft cookies,
and 12 minutes for fluffy, firm,"dippable" cookies.
